WHG Cares

A foundation that gives back to its local communities

To centralize all fundraising across both its Applebee’s and Pizza Hut brands, Wisconsin Hospitality Group, a Wisconsin-based restaurant franchise group, has established WHG Cares, a non-profit foundation.

Based in Waukesha, WHG Cares makes it a priority to keep campaign costs down and to provide 100% of campaign net proceeds to its charitable partners. Throughout the last 18 years, WHG has been able to donate more than $3 million in combined gifts to local charities including Children’s Hospital, Honor Flight, ProHealth Care and One Heartland.  These donations were made possible by both the generosity of guests and the hard work of all WHG team members.

Mark Dillon – Director and President

Along with serving as Director and President of WHG Cares, Mark Dillon is also the President and CEO of Wisconsin Hospitality Group. Mark is responsible for the oversight of WHG Cares’s activities, operations, and administration.

Denise Harris – Director and Vice-President

Denise Harris, along with being on the board at WHG Cares, is the Marketing Director for Wisconsin Hospitality Group. Denise has over 30 years of experience managing both for-and-non-profit organizations.

Tim Randall – Director and Secretary

Tim Randall serves as one of WHG Cares’s directors and secretary. Along with his work at the foundation, Tim also serves as legal counsel to Wisconsin Hospitality Group.
